When we were younger, we realized that there were people in our community in need of fresh produce and we wanted to do something about it.
In 2014 the idea was planted in our minds, and by late 2017 we had built a greenhouse to begin growing food for those in Rocky River who needed it. We have partnered with the Rocky River Assistance Program, which distributes our food to anonymous families in Rocky River, and the Rocky River Senior Center.
Through the Senior Center, we are able to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to the doors of homebound seniors who are unable to buy their own food.
We have started making a change in our community, even if it is one seed at a time.
